Where are you guys loading these weights up? How much extra weight are you adding and where. I ride fernie, golden approx 6000-7000ft. Slp blue/pink primary, team black/purple secondary par 13.1 head, 13 pro. Ive got a carls kit but will go back to stock helix if info leads me that way. I would like to hear first hand experience. Thanks in advance. Ive done a search but didnt find solid info.

I was told to load heal heavy and light on the tip. Haven't run em yet so I really cant comment on how much where. One thing I do know is that if your gonna run a bolt with 2 washers under you may need to machine your spider for clearance.

x2 on the machining thing.... had the team weights, and they jammed up in the spider, making the primary not release..... not so good!! thank god i was just in the backyard with the track lifted to check that i had my track aligned properly!

anyone else have anything to say about the set up of these weights?

That's one of those things where personal preference and what is being used in the rest of the clutching is a huge factor. Personally I like a tip-weight bias, which seems to pull harder as long as you have adequate secondary setup to have a strong backshift.
Those weights have a lot of quick and easy adjustability so packing a few tools and experimenting will pay off.
