Room for 2 from South Central MN Feb 19-28

A group of us are heading out West from South Central MN. Will most likely leave after work on the 19th and will be back on the 28th. Will try and hit two to three different locations (but haven't firmed up the plans due to snow conditions and wanting to see where it's going to be best). Have room for up to 2 more if anyone is interested.

What area are you heading to/# already going? Me and buddy planning trip sometime in Feb. Sometimes getting a group together is like herding cats.

Plans

As of today (2-8) there are 2 of us that are going. We plan on leaving on the 19th after work. As of right now, we will ride a couple of days in the Big Horns and then head to Towgotee or Cooke City (depending on who has more snow). Should be back in MN on the 26th during the day/early evening...

I understand the hearding cats part - but for this trip it's low key. We are trying to leave it fairly soft so that we can go where the snow is (pretty tough year for snow)... I check the availablility of lodging frequently and can still get rooms, however, at this point we don't want to book anything so that we can go where it just snowed. Have the truck/trailer options covered, comfortable riding...room for up to 4...

Bummer man, I live in Siouxer Falls too, I'd have loved a trip like this, but co-worker has that week off to go to Hawaii, so I'm FUBAR'ed!!! Hmmm, for some reason he didn't find humor when I told him he should just stay home and work!

plans are getting more firm. Will be heading out at about 9:00 PM on Friday the 19th from Blue Earth, MN. Will be heading straight west on I-90, so should be in Sioux Falls area at about 11:30 PM. Will be continuing west to the North Big Horns and plan to ride there on Saturday-Sunday. Sunday after a good day of riding we are going to load up and head to Towgotee... Unless Cooke or Island Park have just been hammered with snow... but Towgotee is the plan. Riding in Tog on Monday-Thursday, (heading back Thursday after riding...back in MN on Friday.
