Ronnie Renner Snow Biking Idaho FMX Style

Very cool vid!!! The best thing I've seen in 2 months is Renner biting it like I did the first few times. Although, he didn't bite it on a cement bridge!

LOL good stuff.

I gotta ask....are these bikes with the snow kits as big of dogs as they look? Like do they just kind of cruise along, or do they have any jam? Just curious....I ride a 450 in the dirt and it is an animal, so these have always been interesting. The videos never look like the bikes have much power....

bought write

good video, looks just like my biking pals that got introduced to a track and no wheels in spring corn snow. yup, no longer a motorcycle, learing curve to work on.

All the commenting and convincing you that they rock is moot... you just need to ride one. There are so many opportunities to throw you leg over one (TS roaming demos, demos in Sandpoint, demos from your local dealer, friends who have one, etc) you just have to do it yourself. You simply won't understand until you put a couple hours on one. The reason these dealers are doing free demos is because they know it's almost always a sale.

Feeling

Great vid. I think we all remember the first struggling when on the bike and on hardpack or tight trails. After an hour that feeling is almost gone and after 100 miles no one remembers the struggle anymore, just the insane amount of fun Snowbiking! :D

To answer your questions: Generally speakin, the snowbikes do not have the horespower & hit that sleds have. However, the fun factor is through the roof. They are extremely capable in the technical places that they can easily be ridden in. Overall they are just a hoot to ride! As others stated, it will likely be tough to understand this until you have spent a few hours on one.

lt

So is Renner riding a 137 in this vid? Sure lookslike it. They should have set him up with the sx right? Opinions on track length please

Ronnie has many contracted sponsors, with KTM being one of his most important. At Fastway, we have LT's, an SX, and an ST kit- but our KTM is running the LT kit- and Ronnie has to stay on orange.

Off the record, we may have gone over the hill from the camera and he may have ridden our KXF and it's SX kit...
Let's just say he really, really liked it- and already has a KTM 450SX ready for a Timbersled SX kit for next season.
