Hell yeah. His first album with Rainbow was 1975. I was 13. I'll bet I've saw him 5 or 6 times live. He was one of the greatest front men and vocalist ever.

Stargazer is in my humble opinion one of hte best metal rock songs of all time. Ronnie had a voice that we'll never hear again. The man had "chops". I became a bigger fan of Black Sabbath when I heard the Heaven and Hell album. RIP Ronnie. You were the best.

He was too serious about his evilness.

Dio was one of the best.. Rainbow "Rising" and "Long Live Rock and Roll" are two of my favorite albums (yes, I said albums..LOL) Great front man... Awesome vocals and awesome song writer...

Crazy,that he was still performing at that level at 67 years old..

I saw Dio in 1985, He was one of the greats! I have listened to his music and been one of my favorite artist for a long time, Rainbow The music will live forever...and true heavy metal icon with an incredibly huge presence, and voice, in a small body...and above it all, He was a good man, he will be missed. Contributed to some of the best metal ever. RIP, buddy
