No idea about their service department but I drove from Detroit area to buy my last sled. Their price was that good!
I am not too concerned about their service dept unless they give their used sleds a look over befor selling them.
Just curious if they have a good reputation in general.

They are a very high volume dealer. Lots of nice sleds and lots of hammered ones too. I've bought lots of bikes and sleds from them. They've always stood behind everything they sold me. As with buying any used sled just give it a very good look over. There are usually some very good deals to be found there.
