FRISCO (AP) - A thin snowpack has led to snowmobiling limits in the Vail Pass winter recreation area.

The U.S. Forest Service has decided to restrict snowmobiles to designated Forest Service roads in the 50,000 acre area until more snow falls.

Winter park fees take effect Friday. An annual pass is $40, and daily fees are $6.

The Vail Pass winter recreation area extends from Copper Mountain on the east to Vail Mountain on the West, Camp Hale on the south and Interstate 70 on the north.

Yep, they'll just keep pushing this "limit" now through out the state.. CO will turn into a "trail only" state, and stem off to the rest of the west (country) from there. This would be an easier way for them to **** block us than shutting down areas.

Isn't over population a wonderful thing?

Oh, and for the sledders riding through the weeds, dirt, n grass right off the side of the freeway for all to see, thanks a lot dumb****s. I know your a rebel and badass, and don't give a ****, but seriously, your idiots. Shooting our own feet guys..grow up.

Man, thats a lot of "***" and i don't even feel much better for all of it..
