Anyone with big feet have time on the new narrow rails? Heard people complain, just wondering how they will be with large feet.

Abundant (read excess) room on the running boards with my size 11's. My bud also has no issues with his size 12's

I'm size 12-13 depending on what shoe or boot. I wear big Burton snowboard boots on my sled...never any problems so far....either standing on the extrusions or with my boots tucked under the hooks.

Thanks guys, I believe that was my last piece to verify. Trading in the Yamaha XTX for a Polaris.

Now on to 155 Pro, RMK Assault, or the 163!!!

Congrats,
Either way, I don't think you'll be disappointed!!

13ee no issues, but i will say it took 1 ride to learn not to step where my other sleds running board is, lol

also if you are a big guy the betterboards or factory reinforcments are a MUST

I wear a 14 kllim artic GTX and Burton snowboard boots and dont seem to have to much issue. Only issue I have is the the boards chew up boot bottoms pretty bad.

Size 12 HMK PRO BOA< chews the hell outta the soles, outside of foot sits up on running board edge by about half inch, makes my feet sit at weird angles till I added OEM reinforcement plates.

Size 14, you're gonna' need board reinforcements, these are made out of tinfoil to keep weight down, they bend dent and tweak easy. See if they can custom make a set for your dogs.

Size 12, narrow as fooook. I hate the boards on this sled, too bad cuz the rest rocks !

the skinz air frames might be the best answer for those who are big, have big feet, or like a bigger board...a little spendy, but will totally solve any snow build up issues as well as board fit/strength issues...also, any board setup made for the dragons should be adaptable to the pros..such as the cr racing or mnt fit wide board kits......

Not sure on the new RMK but since I switched to Klim Adrenaline boots I seem to have more room on my IQ raw running boards. Plus now my feet stay dry.

Great info guys!

So if you do go with aftermarket boards does it effect your 4 yr poo warranty?

Now I just need to decide 163 pro or rmk assault! I like the idea of the 163 floating my heavy but through the trees but like the maneuverability of the 155 and I bet better track speed.

it will of course ruin your tunnel warranty..but most likely other then bending, they wouldnt warranty it anyway for tunnel damage...neither the dealer nor polaris ever had a issue with warranty coverage on my dragon except for the tunnel itself(no issue with it just said it voids any warranty on the bare tunnel).....

when i snowchecked my pro without even seeing one i was concerned agout the width of the boards, i found my iq to narrow but with the narrow gas tank on the pro i find you are not bowleg the same and with better traction on the edge of the new boards your size 14's grip tight, very pleased with mine.

I've noticed that height of the rider plays a role as well (certainly not the only factor).

Shorter riders with big feet seem to have more problem with the narrow boards than a taller rider with the same size feet.
