RMK 800 Rebuild Kit

Newb here, did a search, but didn't yield any results.

Has anyone used the Dragon Saver rebuild kits? Just wondering if the parts quality is up to snuff, price is in my ballpark.

Bought the sled used before finding out that the motor seems to have issues. With the extreme lack of snow, I might be able to get it back up and running before riding season finally gets here.

Since there weren't any replies I called up the folks at Dragon Saver. I spoke with Jesse, he definitely sounds like he knows his stuff. The kit comes with everything needed to do a rebuild and the components sound like they are high end. I'm going to give them a shot, will post results.

might want to bounce on up to the Polaris IQ forum. and check out the threads. My response to your question is never heard of that kit. not saying its bad. just heard great things about PMS Polaris Kit. installed that one but good luck with your. if you haven't ordered your kit might want to check it out.

ok just checked it out that is a PMS kit. Go to http://www.pmspolaris.com/thefix.htm call them talk to Shawn. That man knows his stuff.

Cheaper than PMS polaris for what appears to be the same kit... you can also get a kit with SPI pistons instead for $100 cheaper, IMHO get the Wisecos, have had good luck with them especially if you warm up the engine (which all Dragon owners should be in the habit of doing anyway)...
