head for a 900 arctic cat twin. high comp for 6000 and up. i am running it for now but will take it off as soon as it sells. $150 plus shipping

no detonation here, probably 4000 miles on it and it ran strong since 2006 when i put it on, i am going have a head built for my 975 so i am going to no longer need this one, i never cheated on the gas tho, i always buy good gas.

What do you have to run for fuel at 6000 ft, how about 8-10000 ft? pump gas, race, mix both? What comp. is it?

Its good for pump gas down to 6000 feet. no race gas. You can if you want if your worried or you are riding below 6000. I had no problems. It pulled 140 psi compression at my house @5200 feet on my stock 900 with a bunch of miles on it. What comp ratio? I think 14 to 1 but dont quote me on that im probably wrong. I would have to call kelsey @ rkt to find out for sure! When I bought it Rkt asked what elevation I ride and this is what I told him "down to 6000 feet". This head made my sled alot more snappy I like it. If you ride this elevation this would be a great addition to your 900.
