RKT drop ins and can

So My stock can is really starting to fall apart.... I remember a while back someone saying they where talking to Kelsey about an alternative can...and something about the Ultra-Q's having near the same flow as the stock... Any truth to that ??

The last thread I remember Kelsey said he was working with someone developing a can but didn't say who. He was running turbo Als' thing can on his personal sled which made me think maybe that's who he was working with. I've got the thing quiet can http://www.thesledshed.ca/on my RKT 830 and I love it. I dropped my clickers 2 notches when I replaced the stocker but it's not quiet:-)

I last heard he was working with Super Q or Quiet Q cans. Don't really know where that went though. The THING cans seem to be the best! Very nice constrution, and anyone who needs to know all that info about your motor to custom build one I would be comfortable running it! But, you do pay for them!

slp

Anything wrong with a slp can??? I bought my 06 REV 800 and it already had one installed. Seems just a little bit louder than a stock one but not much.

There was a graph that was posted on Dootalk that mentioned most cans (MBRP the exception) that lost HP. SLP was one of them. Also the SLP had higher backpressure temps. I have a SLP can but I'm running the stocker now. I have EGT's and I am planning on doing a side by side comparison one of these days. I hate how heavy and quiet the stocker is.
