RK tek Head anybody have this issue

My Rk tek head somewhat failed, the cups seem to be too loose in the skull and etched there way into the Skull now they are inset in the skull buy 2 thou. I milled the skull down to give the cups the correct protrusion, and called RK tek on the matter and he said hes had no issues with this, but he also told me he doesn't make that head anymore he redesigned it for some odd reason, and told me to just buy another NEW head from him. am I the only one with this issue????

I have one on my m7 and on my m8. three years with no issues

I've never heard of that happening before, I saw a speedwerx head that the guy had used the wrong O-rings on that never sealed good, but I don't see how one of Kelseys heads could wear like that. They fit together very well.
