RK Tek drop in kit

I'm going to be ordering this kit in the next week for my 2012 SBA. Could someone post a link or tell me what's involved, start to finish? I'm good with wrenches, just need to know the process and all the steps. I have a repair manual for torque specs and such. Everything from coolant drainage to removing the rave valves, etc. Any help would be great!

there is a time elapsed video on you tube , its about 5 mins and shows most of the steps maybe not in detail but worth watching. just avoid getting antifreeze in the crank case and clean it out as soon as your in side and don't let it sit in there .

In addition to Kelsey's install sheet and the videos, inspect your cylinders carefully for cracks. Some peeps flux them, etc.

For grins, check piston clearance of your old pistons. Top, middle, bottom.

Check clearance of new pistons. Pay attention to ring end gap - if I recall, Kelsey's sheet provides good gap instructions. FWIW. Good luck.

Definitely check your ring gap, mine were very tight. Pretty easy straight forward install. A good torque wrench is a must. I use a liquid vac to remove coolant, works awesome.

I am just doing the drop in direct replacement kit, I was looking for some good instructions on the install process as I have never done a top end on a newer sled.

Has a process been figured out how to flux an aluminum cylinder that is plated? The last I knew there was no way to flux a non magnetic item or am I missing some new process I haven't heard about?
