I had an issue with my RK TEK head this past Saterday so I pulled it off, took a picture and sent it to them at 6:30 pm. At 6:40 I got an email back from them saying they would take care of it and send me a new one. Sure enough three and half days later it was on my front door. To my suprise when I opend the box it wasn't the cheater head but their tourque head. I even offered to pay for shipping and they wouldn't except. WOW, what service. Their head and cluctch is a great product for my M1000 and they work great. But to back that up with such great service, unbelivable.

I just wanted everyone to know and I wanted to express my appreciation. Lastly, thank you for all the posting you guys do to help us guys out in the field.

Kelsey has always been very quick to help out with any questions I had about tuning my RKT clutch kit as well. PM's usually answered the same day. I always said that I'd pay a bit more for a product that has great customer support over a great price that ends as soon as the Visa is approved.
 
I've been running kelseys stuff on both AC and doo's and he is always honest and builds very reliable products. Keep up the good work kelsey. Thanks

RKT products straight up kick ***. I couldn't be more satisfied with with the products AND Kelsey's service. He's taken a LOT of his personal time to talk and answer my stupid questions. That right there is priceless, you can't go wrong with RKT products and service!!!
 
Another plug for Kelsey. I have asked many a question and Kelsey has always taken the time to answer all of them. And his products do perform as advertised.
 
very knowledgable guy to deal with even if you dont own his products yet! one of the best that gives you straight talk and wont lead you around just so you buy more products.

I bought his torsional secondary setup for my m7 and have had many questions along the way. I have left detailed messages on his answering machine and he doesnt return my phone calls. Hard guy to get ahold of. Pretty frustrating when you pay 400 dollars for a helix and two springs and cant even get the service to go with it.
 
I purchased a 800 drop-in-kit, and since its in a snowhawk there has been some tuning to do as he has not tested this setup himself. I have contacted Kelsey many times and have never had a problem getting ahold of him. All through the process from deciding to purchase to tuning afterwards he has been very helpful. I can't say enough good about him.

Are you sure that you have the right phone number? I have called him several times at all times of night and on weekends and he has always picked up and answered my questions and then some.
What was the problem with the head? I just finished installing mine about 5 minutes ago.
 
i use the phone number under contact us on his website. i spoke with him on the phone and he seems like a decent guy but i just havent had alot of luck getting ahold of him. have left messages on his answering machine

I sent an email the last time is like I said not ten minutes later (6:30 PM on a Sat) he sent one back. Also, they have always answered the phone when I have called. Don't give up, trust me they are worth it. Try emailing them.
 
I have had great luck with Kelsey and his products as well. Over the years I have run various RKT products including heads / engine kits / clutch kits and have always been happy with the product quality and support. He has helped me out with tuning issues on occasion (many of them not related to his stuff) and I believe that he has always given me a straightforward honest answer. Thanks Kelsey.
 
RK Tek Rocks!

I've used Kelsey's stuff on my doos in the past, and now on my Cats. Kelsey is a great guy to deal with, will answer your questions, and if you have a problem, he's there. I find up here (Canada) that there are few people unhappy with his products, and if they are - they bought the stuff from the local dealer / supplier (who ordered what they thought would work and/or sell. Fact is, if you talk to Kelsey directly and quiz him on what would work for you (weight, machine, mods, etc) - you will get a phenominal product that works. I've never ordered a cylinder head (or the RKT secondary) from the local dealer without speaking to Kelsey first. Once I have the specs of what I need, I will then go through the distributor. I just wish I didn't have to get screwed by the middleman and customs broker every time...
