Top could use a bit of cleaning up, sealant around head bolts smeared around is mostly what your seeing.

This is essentially the "12 hp" kit yes? How many miles on it? Everything seem to check out ok?

Yes this is the "12 hp" head. I ran it for a limited time (maybe a month) on a IQR monoblock conversion, went big bore after. The owner before me ran it for half of a season before converting back to stock to trade in the sled at the end of the season. Just clearing out things I probably won't use, this worked great and is good to go.
