Riser Bar Pads & Covers

Hey guys I just added the 3" Power Madd Universal Pivot Riser to my 08 M8 and now the stock cover no longer fits, at all.

Any ideas or products available to cover this up. I have two reasons. One, my 5 & 7 year old ride infront of me and two, I like the clean no wire, no bolts look.
