I tested the wires and they all got power what would cause just this side not to work? All three wires have power .

Maybe I'm not testing them right, but I thought if there was a break in the wire ,there would be no power showing on the wire going back out and all three show power.
I believe there are 3 hot wires on the right side, 2 for the hand warmer and 1 for the thumb warmer.

I believe those 3 will show power even if you disconnect the plug. If you have an ohm meter, disconnect the plug and check the impedance of the heater element.

Ok didnt know that it would show power all the time,and yes I do ,but not sure how to do that with a OHM meter .
With the plug disconnected (and the motor not running), check the impedance/conductivity between the leads and ground. The resistance should be more than 0 ohms but less than infinity. Use the left side readings as a comparison.
Yep, just did this a couple days ago. I checked the bad one out and couldn't tell that there was a break, even holding it up to the light
Yepper...thats why I just put a new one on whenver its just one that quits. 99% of the time thats it except for that time a mouse ate my supply wire for breakfast!!! But he got his later
