Right side hand warmers not working?

Check the resistance on the ends going in to the warmer. I'm betting you have a break in the wire in the warmer.

Maybe I'm not testing them right, but I thought if there was a break in the wire ,there would be no power showing on the wire going back out and all three show power.
 
With the plug disconnected (and the motor not running), check the impedance/conductivity between the leads and ground. The resistance should be more than 0 ohms but less than infinity. Use the left side readings as a comparison.

Yep, just did this a couple days ago. I checked the bad one out and couldn't tell that there was a break, even holding it up to the light

Yepper...thats why I just put a new one on whenver its just one that quits. 99% of the time thats it except for that time a mouse ate my supply wire for breakfast!!! But he got his later:)
