Went back up to the Tobacco-Root Mountains for another Sunday of riding with four other snowesters. Snow was 180 degrees different from last Sundays bottomless powder. In town where there was two and a half feet there was little to none. Where we made it to on the road last Sunday by sleds we parked our trucks. Snow was rough until about 8000 feet than there was a good base of hero snow. And we made the best of it. Found some great climbs and did a lot of exploring. About three feet of snow up top still, but like I said it is hero snow. Good riding still but there will not be a prequel next Sunday again unless we get some whiteness.
PS sorry for those who have not even seen it below freezing yet... hehe
