What do some of you guys do when you go to a whole new riding area?

Welcome to Priest Lake Idaho and Sundance Mt. Lodge. Where Tony shows you where to ride from the lodge or a short trip up the lake to ride many more places. Make sure the GPS is on and try to remember to mark way points.
The other thing that I do is really have my head on a swivel and looking around. I'll even stop every once and a while, get off the sled and turn around and look where we just came from. If your leaving the same way as coming in, you get a good visual of the "way out".

I use Google Earth to check out the area if I have an idea of where we are going to be riding.
Lot's of areas around here, usually ride with someone that knows the area and trade them for a ride in an area that I know.
