riding in december

I might be spending a couple weeks near seattle around christmas...you guys will be riding by then right? Any sled rental outfits you'd recommend? I'll have a truck available, bringing my sled isn't an option. Thanks.

cascade playtime rental in ronald,wa. I rented a 550 for my girlfriend two years ago. wasn't to bad of an experience. sled was a little rough an had a few wiring issues. but i know any rental sled will probably get abused

there is one in sumner but ive heard bad things about them trying to charge for damages worth more than the sled not done by the renter.

Have rented from Cascade Playtime in the past. Nice to work with, reasonable rates and yes one of the sleds was rough. Another was in great shape and it rocked all day. One of the best days of riding we have had.
Nice guy running the place, he has let me park in his lot many times when not renting and has suggested riding spots everytime.
I will rent from then again this year (Bro sold his sled--again).

I couldn't find on their site what sleds they rent other than "standard" or "performance". They have the usual selection of M8s, dragons, Xps?

Last year they has a couple XP's no dragons or cats. If you're looking to rent from them make sure you ask what they have and specify the specific sled you want. Parker the owner is a great guy, but not the best at keeping track of things.

EVERY sled i seen rented from him last year fell apart!

There is action rental in Tillicum/Stillicum - same exit as the Madigan Hospital off I-5 (exit 122-ish).

they have various sleds depending on what you are planning on riding. I havent rented from them, however, pass by there every day.

I took a group out and two of them rented from playtime ( I ran out of sleds:)) One blew up, and the other had electrical issues and kept shutting down. The folks at playtime were very nice about it and issued two different sleds out, one an "Upgrade". They even delivered to the trailhead. The equipment is a little tired. But the resonable fees, location to great riding just up the road, and the no B.S. rental contract made up for the few hours of inconvieniance.

That, and you'd be supporting a local buisness:D
