riding areas on northside of baker???

just wondering where to go to get to some good riding on the bellingham side of mount baker? i ride anderson watson and schreibers meadows now and just wanted to head to the north side and try it out. any advice would be great. tia

Glacier creek is open. Canyon creek is closed due to the road.

Glacier creek is close to Bellingham, can be real fun with the amount of snow that we've had, although it is fairly small and can be real easy to end up out of bounds, just sayin'. :face-icon-small-sho

so neither place is open right now? where do all you guys north ride? u drive down here to the south side if those 2 spots are closed? and how exactly do u get to those places u mentioned?

Glacier creek is "close to Bellingham", not "CLOSED" :yo: East on SR542 go thru town of Glacier turn right on 39 head up from there.

I've been there once. The area that is legal to ride in is very, very small.

I really would suggest going elseware if you plan on riding for the day.

Apparently, we went over the boundary when I was up there and were spotted by a member here who was flying his plane. I didn't realize it at the time as I was "following a local". Won't make that mistake again.

I won't waste my gas going back when other places are as close as they are.

There pretty compare able in size, Anderson is great if you can get up the chute.
