Reverse problems on 2018 arctic cat zr 6000 es 137

I bought a brand new arctic cat zr last March and a couple days ago, 230mi on it, I clicked reverse and the engine shutdown like usual but did not re start in reverse. It then proceeded to be hard to start, not start on first crank. Any advice is appreciated.
