It's on my wish list...
And exactly Buffalo, that thing is tricky enough riding forward, imagine backing up where you have to maintain a balance ! Let's say you have a 5 by 10 enclosed trailer like me, where you have to pull the track to back the thing up and how the hell do I maintain balance... Well got a front dolly that does the job for me but... I'd rather sit on it press a button & give her throttle. And sometimes you're screwing around in the trees, tired, you make that driving mistake and you manage to stop it right before hitting that tree... a reverse here would be handy...
A guy from Qc (Pascal Thibault) did it on his 800, he said to me he tricked out the wiring harness and got a reverse out of it. Said he can do the mod on any hawk for the amount of about 1200.00 CAD$. It might be different now but that's the info I got back in september. Who knows if he did the exact same thing CJ talks about in this price range that's probably roughly what he did.
At this price, I'll keep pulling my track 'til I get around 55 years old !
CJ, do we need to have your MPEM remapped to do so ?
