reverse issue

my 2011 stopped going into reverse like it should. more often than not it will die rather than go into reverse. after a number of tries i can usually get it to go but it is not working as it should at all. it is not the tps as it was just set and is within spec. could this be related to my stutter issue? (see other thread) ideas? thanks

Are you getting proper idle RPMs?

On my '05 700 I had to sometimes hold the throttle so the idle was maybe 200 rpms higher and then it would engage. I cannot verify that my TPS was set correctly from the dealer though. I suspect it should have been adjusted, but I never took it back to the dealer.

yes, it idles about 1650
