Reverse Grinding?????

When I put my sled in reverse it started out that it would grind after I would move a little bit now it grinds right away what should I look for I change tracks regularly so I know how it works just looking for input!

Had the same problem I had to replace my two top gears. Now doesn't grind at all. Make sure the bushings didn't break on the shift fork also.

Correction; had to replace my shift gear and top reverse gear.
