Revelstoke Question

Hey everyone, I have a question regarding riding in Revelstoke. I ride a TM8 - so when I go riding I take a 30 gallon steel drum of 110 octacne fuel with me (always be prepaired). Anyone know if a 30 gallon steel drum of 110 is going to be a problem crossing the border??

I asked Christopher the same question when he came across earlier this month and he said that they had no problem.

If you need to take the ferry are they cool with that tho?? Depending what way you're coming from. Just a thought.

Coming from MN, I would assume that you'll be bringing an enclosed trailer? If so, no worries. I delivered 3 drums of 110 to Revy a few years back, the border, the ferry, nobody said a word. As long as it's for personal use, they don't care.

^^^what he said.

We even brought a 55 gallon drum on an open trailer a few years back and all they asked was if it was for personal use.

If in doubt, contact the Canadian side of the border crossing you'll be using.

the ferry's are the one's who don't seem to like it. something about 50 gallons of gas sitting on their boats makes them a little unhappy....if you have it not seen, no problem...
