So it's time to replace one of my ski's and I'm having a hell of a time getting the nut/bolt combo to budge. Have put some wd40 in there, couple strikes with a hammer, and still nada!

Righty tighty - lefty loosey. Just kidding. Hit it more and harder. Maybe get your hands on a air gun or try to heat the nut . Good luck.
Is the nut off and the bolt siezed? They can be a PITA....air chisel with a punch die and drive it out...or a BFing Hammer and punch, they get corroded if not taken out a greased up a couple times a season.
If your pillows wore out the bolt and bushing can get fused together and you will have to cut it out. You need to take apart and grease on a regular basis. Installed grease zerks in mine.
if the nuts not already off heat it up with a blow torch. thermal expansion.
Just got done this as well,had to cut it off.Took a saw-all and cut the bolt,the bushing was worn and the bolt was floppin around,tried to heat it a few times with the torch but it didn't want to leave its home
