anything else that i should add? anyone have any little quirks to do or add alittle more uumph??
just got both clutches gone through and my motor already has the slp kit, with the high comp head, pipe/can, and v force 3 reeds.

Y-pipes coming loose are a common problem. Nordlocks are the answer.

If you havent already, go to mcmaster-carr get some nordlock washers and stainless allen head screws for your y-pipe. they also sell 5mm extended allen wrenches with ball joints so you can screw them in off axis. I cut my allen down so it will fit into a 5mm socket with a ratchet.

if you havent already bought it, order the isoflex greese that you need to repack the crank bearings direct from manufacture. it's like 100 bucks for a 400 gram tube from them and like 60 bucks for a 50 gram tube from doo. not sure how much the 800s require but my 1000 took 500 grams according to service maunal so it was a huge savings.
X2 on the norlock's
Clean your rave valves realy well, compair spring's and seal between the two make sure everything is the same and not worn out.

the pto seal's are technically serviceable and can be put in with the case together but it is way easier to install them when the case is in two pieces.

Appearance wise

The only other thing you need is yellow thread on the seat stitching.
Great looking sled.
