How can you tell if you r hitting the rev lim.i have 07 s/c apex and over the summer i added mountain mod seat iceage rails and timbersled drops.before this it worked perfectly now after test ride the first couple pulls across fIELd (only about 5 inches of loose snow) and it was awsome pulls 3.4,5 and it sounded like it didn"t want to go, ie. Sputtered under load.it idles and starts perfect fuel controller seems to be doing the right things all i can think of is the rev limiter but i have no experience with this.any input appreciated would a small los of weight do this or could it be poor fuel from sitting all summer

does it run good up to full rpm then sorta cut out on you? if so its very possible your just spinning out and on a boosted sled you hit the rev limiter really easy.. 5" will get you on the rev limiter REALLY fast.

can you see your tach when your getting after it to see if your obviously overshooting your peak RPM?

The first couple tries it was perfect then it started to sputter as i tried to get into the throttle hard it was not reving to full rpm or even close i t is really cold here(-23c) and i am wondering if i may be have my controller set too lean does the extreme cold make a diff.

do you have an air fuel gauge? if so that would be the way to know whats going on..

-23c isnt that cold for a sled, you should be more then tuned for that sort of range. it seems like once it warms up it is being to rich as the intake are is less dense but same amount of fuel? im not much on the fuel injection stuff, or superchargers.. just kinda weird.

did it throw a code at all,it almost sounds like your controller is having issues supplying fuel.

i am really green at this and am not sure what you mean by throwing a code.i spoke with a guy at mpi and he first wants me to try it again and see if i am making 10/11 ilbs boost and also if my rpm are between 10800/11000.i dont really have any traction with 5 in of loose snow you spin down to the frozen grass pretty much instantly.so i would think my rpms would be over that with litte or no resistance.also i tink if it does hit the rev lim a few times in a row it goes into a limp mode?when it idles all my lights on the controller semm normal i have only a boost gauge

I'm chasing a similar problem with a turbo apex. It is doing the same thing and I think it is fuel related. If you have an adjustable fuel controller try adding some on the top end also check to make sure fuel lines aren't kinked.
Top up with fresh gas. If you aren't very mechanical it's worth paying someone to avoid hurting the motor.
