I want to put a longer track on my 05 Summit 800. Right now I have a 151 but I want to go to a 162 Maverick. What do I need and where do I get the best deals? Will it work to find a set of rails from a 162 Summit Extreme and use my suspension parts? Could I get by with 159 rails or will I need a big wheel kit? How about driver size, I know I will be going to 3 inch pitch? I know I will need the tunnel extension also. Is there a better track that I should be looking at?

Also if anyone is thinking of going to 151 I would like to sell my track, rails and tunnel extension. I would probably make a good deal if someone would take the whole works. PM if interested.

I did that to my 07 XRS this year,It was the best thing Ive done to the sled. I put the 162 track that comes on the skidoo 1000 a 159 tunnel ext. and 159 slide rails. Then I slid the skid back 1 1/4".

I think if you go with the 3.00 pitch track you better go with avid drivers. I had i probelm with my wahl bros. the wahl bros. 3.00 pitch drivers are not timed right and end up throwing track clips and rounding the nubs on the driver.
