rev 136 to 154 has any one done it.

Hi guys, I was looking for a cool project sled so i went bought a 2004 800 136 rev for short money and i have pains to extent it to a 154 inch skid with a full 2011 freeride skid in it and a bunch of other cool stuff. I was wondering if any one else has done this and could give me some pointer on what to look for. Also i would love to see some of the bad *** revs you guys have built.

Stretched

I've stretched a few Renegades and have all parts to make a 163, if interested. To make a 154 or longer, you would need to extend the tunnel and would be best to swap coolers to a summit style. The skid will work and drivers need to match the track (154 and 163 are 2.86 drivers).

Check out Powermodz on youtube. He streched a Rev 121 to a 154 and has tutorial videos on this and all the other mods that he has done to the sled.

I've got a 121 REV stretched to a 151 with a full Polaris assault suspension in it and I love it. It was a 146 assault skid set-back 2". Been running it for a few years now. Lots of custom parts for the rear tunnel extension.
