Return oil pump?

What kind of pump works best to return oil from a rear mount turbo back to the engine? Also what amount of oil flow should a guy run to the turbo? I don't have any restriction in my pressure line and it seems like an awful lot of oil...

Price out a MCXPRESS pump. It bolts to the side of the engine and is ran off the crank.

You have to have a restrictor in your oil line you can buy one that will screw in the top of your turbo,or i just threaded and used a main jet in my T fitting on the block. For the return pump mcx pump is like $600 I looked into it. You can use a little fuel pump to help pull the oil to the motor which is about $50 at napa or they make oil evac pumps that are around $200. For either pump its good to put some type of little reservoir off the bottom of the turbo.

The MCX pump is pricey but, easy to install and pretty much bullet proof. Don't know if I'd be trusting a NAPA fuel pump to protect my rig! Sherm

I have been on my first lil fuel pump for 3 years it finally took a crap last year cause it was -20 and the oil was so cold I think the pump just couldn't move the oil.all it does is push oil by your turbo seals and smokes a bit I put a new pump on good to go. I do agree its not the best thing to use. Powderlites uses the lil fuel pump to. Iv been looking for alternitives my self.
