I just picked up a pretty well used 580 Powder Special for my son. He's done great on the Prowler, but now it's time for a bit more power. The hood is in rough shape, but I thought that I'd re-fiberglass it, sand it down, paint it black and get some retro graphics on it. Then, since it is an Arctic Cat, the seat split by the seams and I thought I'd get it repaired, but with the old style leopard skin vinyl.
I know Powdergirl had a retro polaris sled that looked killer. Has anyone else done this? I'd love to see pics and get an idea of who to get the seat done by or if there is a seatcover already made that I can install myself.
