Replacing fuel reg with BDX reg

After taking off the old regulator there are 2 O rings and 2 hard plastic rings. Does anyone know if you are suppose to put both the O rings and hard plastic rings back on or do you just put on the O rings?

i put mine back together the way it came apart with both mines a cutler and thats what directions said.works good

Just and update, I called BDX and they said the o rings go back in but the hard plastic collars do not on a 07 M8. It looks like they machined in the collars on the new regulator.
