replacement clutch fitting on 503 help

I'm doing the clutch swap on my 503 using cat secondary and p-85.
Does anybody know what offset to use on the primary when boring a p-85 or purchasing a comet?? so far I've had a +.200" (counter sunk) comet and that made primary clearance tight against engine and the secondary would scrub engine air shrouds at full shift. any specs would be awsome.
 
ya it has a 30mm 10:1 taper whats the offset most polars clutches r further out from engine doo r usually sunk in and cats r normally flush WHICH DO I NEED TO WORK with the a/c secondary
