Replace Front Bumber Question

I want to replace my wifes 07-RMK front bumper in about an hour. It has been broken for over a yr now. I know about the aftermarket bumper kits but already have in hand a new stock bumper.
My question is: How easy/hard is it to replace the stock front bumper? Any tips would be appreciated.

oops wrong bumper....

Take the skid-plate off, the hood off, and drill out a couple rivets and it should be pretty easy after that. Make sure you have all your rivets beforehand.

On an 07, the hood hinges on the front bumper, so you will need to remove the two screws which provide pivot point and then the screws that go thru bumper into the front plastics. Are you sure you only have a damaged bumper and not front plastics also? Once you see how cheesy the front end plastics and bumper are, I'd bet where the bumper mounts is also broken. No need to remove the skid plate.

Pretty easy once you have the hood and pipe taken off. If you have a nice area to work on the sled ( heated garage ) and some kind of a stand so your not bent over the whole time you should be able to do it in about an hour. Its not a bad job at all.
