Rep questions...

I'm rather new to this website posting wise and spend the majority of my time reading and not posting. I'm also a member of snowmobilefanatics.com and have been for about 8 years. But being new I have a few questions that I was hoping you guys could help clear up. Just a few things I thought I might add: The majority of my posts were in the swapmeet section because I was hoping to buy a new sled until funds had to be put towards a new truck because mine was crapping out. Toys have to come second. Anyways, the questions:

1.) Obviously Red in the reputation is bad but is there a way to return it to green?

2.) Is there a way to find out who or why a person gave you bad reputation? I try not to step on anyones toes but apparently I did somewhere along the line and it would be nice to know why I received a bad reputation.

3.) I know that you can leave comments or something when you leave bad reputation marks, but when you do that, are those same people allowed to go back and wreck your reputation? Sort of like revenge?

I would green rep ya, but perhaps there is a legit reason your red?

I wouldn't want to undo someones revenge against you. I kinda read between the lines and wonder if maybe you screwed someone over in the swap and now you come to fouled plug where some big reppers are beggin for some greens

Weekday Warrior, I wouldn't expect a green rep out of pity.

I can promise you that i've never screwed someone over in the swap. I mainly just looked and commented on a few sleds or would ask questions. I don't like to be screwed with so I don't do it to others.

1.) you can return it to green by having people give you green rep based upon your posts. of course, if they dont like it, they can give you red also.

2.) click on your User CP towards the top, left hand corner of your screen and that will tell you who left the rep and the comments along with it.

3.) you can leave comments when you leave either green or red rep. and yes, sometimes it can turn into a revenge situation or popularity contest.
