rental or tour suggestions near raidum or golden

The wife and I are going to be hanging out in Radium Hot Springs for the first week in March. I'd like to do a day trip or rent for the day someplace within an hour drive or so. I'd probably need a guided trip since I don't know the area at all, and I'll be driving a rental car, but maybe there are rental places one can ride from? any recomendations for guides or rentals would be greatly appreciated.

Toby Creek Adventures have rentals + guides and Forster Creek is one of my favorite places to ride on earth.... They can take you there... Don't forget to support the local snowmobile club, they desperately need it...

We just did a 3 day sled trip and stayed at a friends place in Radium. It worked out great for sledding. We used Mike at Snowpeak Rentals as our guide. He provided rental sleds for a couple guys and guided us to some great spots. Radium actually worked out good. It is a nice place to stay, and was close to a great mix of sledding just north of Radium at Parson.

Mike at Snopeak was excellent. He runs a professional operation. He provided an avalanche safety review for everyone and provided all the necessary rentals. He takes his business seriously and was a great guy to spend the day with.

I didn't know snowpeak guided that far south but if they do Mike is a good guy to ride with...highly recommended here...
