Removing some of the stickies on the Washington Section

Can we get some of these stickies cleaned up? There is a lot of them, such that you almost have to scroll on the page just to see new posts.

The grass drags should be unstickied
The " Weather Forecasts/Conditions - Avalanche Info - Wilderness Boundries" and the " Washington State Snowmobile SnoParks and Trail Maps" should be combined into a single "Washington Information: Location and Weather" sticky.

I think the " Ahtanum/DNR Donation (left over) Fund Use / Volunteers-Trail Scouts Needed" should be unstickied as it will be brought back to the top as it is needed.

I think the swapmeet should stay a sticky...

Just some thoughts. What do you guys think?
