Removing rear skid bolts

I've searched and could not find the answer so this might be a stupid question, but here goes. What is the best way to remove these 4 suspension bolts? Once the bolt on one side is removed, the other side just spins the shaft in the arm rather than the bolt threading out. Is there a technique to stop the shaft from spinning? Thanks

The forward bolts were way up to where the footwell was so the impact had no clearance. What I did was loosened one side, then stuck a wrench between the bolt and tunnel, then tightened it with the wrench sandwiched in there. Opened the other side with a socket, then wiggled the wrench loose and was able to open this side. Worked pretty good.

I've pulled one bolt and added a nut to it, put it back in most of the way and then tightened the nut. Then undo the other side and then loosen the nut, easy.

And, no an impact wrench won't work every single time either.
