Removing oiler on mountian cat

I have an 01 800 mountian cat. And removing the oiler off of it. Was wondering if someone has did this? And how they did theirs?

don't forget to cross-drill the cases to ensure the premixed oil gets to the crank bearings...

Or run a drip bottle to the 2 crank bearing oil line fittings.
I've seen that done quite a bit.

from there, you do want to remove the oil pump, close off the oil lines to and from it to not pump air in, and also a throttle cable with no oiler leg to get caught up on things and hold your throttle open.

I'm sure there's more, but off the top of my head, that's what comes to mind.
