Reliability issues while running a Power Commander

Ok so I am thinking of doing a pipe and stuff on my sled but I have heard of people having some reliability issues while using power commanders and also a lot of people say they can never get theirs tuned quite right. Always have a bog etc.... Anyone have any input?

I've had my on for a year 2012 pro with slp pipe and have had no problems.
