reinstalled engine, no spark, spare connectors 09 RMK

Just reinstalled my engine and i have no spark. There doesnt seam to be corresponding connectors for the two located above the ecu. Can anyone direct me as to what these are for?

I believe you need to connect those 2 (6 pin connectors). Looks like a DC-2 system.

Thanks for the quick reply dave! It just snowed a foot over night and I gotta get this heap running! I cant for the life of me understand what could possibly connect to the clear plug. The black one may have always been empty. Any ideas?

Figured it out! had two of the connectors swapped. Rode tonight and it ran flawlessly!
