Reflashing to stock

Had a turbo on 2014 RMK, and am working on returning the sled to stock. Took the ecu to my dealer to get it flashed back to stock, their response was "well we cant reflash it unless its on the sled". They dont have to be on the sled to be reflashed correct?

Anyone I can USPS Priority it to and have it flashed back to stock and back to my door in the next week or so?

As I understand it, they cannot get to the ECU with Digital Wrench unless it is on the sled. I could be wrong but I think this si the case.

It might be something to do with the injectors and speedo (gauge) as I believe they have to enter info from these to the make it all work together.

Any body that does the Bullydog ECM reflash can put a updated sock performance tune quick and returned quick. Dealers ...... good luck money can buy anything but there is limitations!
