Reeds after 2500 miles

Here are some pics of STOCK Polaris reeds after 2500 miles.

The pics are of the worst of my chips ( not bad in my opinion at all) the petals are still firmly closing-- no air gap.

I am reinstalling these as the sealing surface looks good all the way around-- even on the three petals with minor chips.

Unless you guys convince me otherwise...

Thoughts?...

If it was my sled, I would replace them. But not with v-forcewolfpackcarbontechsen ones. Not sure if you can beat the stockers for durability.

Im with rick. Something like $130 for peace of mind for the season is well worth it to me. Or at least get some ordered for backup.

Murph...

The existing chips create stress risers that might radiate to the remainder of the petal.

They are out... that is half the battle.

I'd replace them if they were mine for peace of mind.
