reed setup with boots for 2003 skidoo 800ho summit

what will fit this machine2003 summit 800ho zx chassis? seems like everything is for the rev of for the earlier 800 engines. my boots are cracked so i figured its a good time to update to the boysen or vforce. thankyou

I'd stay away from after market reeds. Especially V- Force. If you buy their reeds you can never buy replacement boots. You will have to buy the entire assembly all over again. I know this from personal expierience. Just stick to the OEM stuff. Less headaches trying to tune it just so!!!

My boots are cracked so i figured its a good time to update to the Boyesen or vforce.

I also have an ZX with 800HO engine.
I'm running a complete Boyesen Power Pack in my engine.
They work awsome
Buy a pair and you will never look back again.

I highly recomend them !

yeah, stay away from the aftermarket junk
from what i know BRP has updated the rubber on their boots
i had to replace both this year and YES they are pricey...i paid $80 per boot
but hey, its either $160 or a new top end..you make the choice.....

you wont notice any power difference w the VF or Boysen

that 2 for Boyesen, I ran the same ones on a 02 and 04 rev. A little tight on the rev but fit.

420667102 is the original part number for the boots without DPM.

Stay away from the V-force 3 The reeds are ok. but Im on my third set of boots.cost me one top end!!!
