That is what happens when you have to wait to long for your TS ski.
It seems to have all the good and bad traits of the New TS ski darts more floats awesome in pow 11" wide Holds a line well and won't wash out on you like single keel skis. It is build up on a old 5.5"RX1 ski with Simmons outside skags.

What do you want for your old one?

I will keep it for now as a spare and to compare with the new ski.

The old one definitely has more floatation in pow and is less aggressive so may be better for spring condiditions.

What thickness of UHMW did you use?

3/8 thick

Make sure to keep the center runner short .

The longer the more darting.
