We get yours in dis-assemble it and can send a rebuilt one out the same day based on the parts that you need. PM me if you have questions. I got an 11' HCR that has a couple of chipped teeth on the small gear on the transfer shaft next to the cheap 6203 bearing. Any chance you have that shaft/ gear assy. with a 5203 bearing installed on it? If so, it would have to have the bearing rest cut down a little bit or the case will not fit together!! Let me know please, i am in a bind!!!!
