Rebuilding 2008 Dragon: warm or cold?

Hey I am just wondering if I can leave the engine on my sled and put in the fix kit outside or do I have to pull it off my sled and work on it inside? I was thinking it might help it seal better if it is warm? thoughts?

did mine in my backyard beside my shed in august 2 years ago. cleaned the throttle bodies and other stuff while everything was apart in the shed.

no problems as this is the second season with the pms kit, and i'm going boosted here shortly.

are you talking about gaskets or rings? i can't see either being an issue but i could be wrong. you might have a better time inside in the heat but you'd be done faster if you did it still in the sled. do you know anyone with a heated garage?

Warm or Cold

Repairing your engine outside, while still in the chassis is no problem as long as you can keep it clean. That includes going inside and washing your hands once or twice during reassembly. Dirt and moisture are a definite no-no.
