Rebuild RydeFX Solo front shocks??

I put the RydeFX solo's from my snocheck '04 rmk onto my '07 rmk. Noticed a big difference but now I have a flat tire. One shock is very very soft. The coil-overs are in the same spot. I did have to take the compression set screw and plug out of the shocks to get them on the 07' and then put the plugs back in and tightened the set screws.

Did I hose myself? Do they need rebuilt now? Can they be rebuilt?? Any help would be great!!!

When you took the screws ut was there any sound of nitrogen escaping ? If not they may need to be recharged but if you're gonna do that I would have them rebuilt and start fresh.

I didnt notice any air escaping. Its crazy that i did the same thing to both shocks and one is fine and the other is soft.

I thought the screws were like the compression screws on dirt bike forks. Sounds like I was wrong!!!

I just called Action and they send all rydefx off to a guy named andy. They couldnt tell me how long it would take or how much it costs. Does anybody know who "Andy" is and where he is located?? I would like to chat at him if possible.

Yeah his name is Andy Yougstrom, he lives in Menan here's his cell 208-716-0475 His business is called GSR ( Gas Shock Repair). If the # doesn't work call Yellowstone Log Homes he works there.
He does alot of shocks for the dealerships around and for several racers, very knowlegable.
