Does anybody have any suggestions on where to rent a couple of later model 800s (with a trailer) anywhere between the chitty and CB in mid February? Extreme rentals is reasonably priced but booked and another place in Gunnison wants over $300 a day per sled! Any help is appreciated.

New to sleds so forgive me for asking I assume CB is Crested Butte, what is the Chitty?????? Thanks!

That's what people who are jealous of us Denver folk call the city. I'll post some vids of climbing the hill in Central Park Stapleton and that'll shut them up. It gets real here.

Also looking for a rental. Have a friend coming out from MI, experienced rider really hoping to find newer RMK 800 PRO for him. He has an Assault 800 w/155 he rides so looking to keep him on a Polaris. He flys in on the 20th of Feb and is stayin for 5 days. I live in Longmont and will be picking him up at DIA and we are headed for the Grand Mesa and staying at Alexander Lake Lodge. So I need to find sled rental between Denver and Grand Junction.

Any places to rent Polaris that anyone knows? Thanks in advance!

Uh....yea? WTF? Just got off the phone with them and the guy I talked to has the personality of a door knob. He was short with me and offered up very little information. I asked him if he had sleds for rent and his reply was "yep" that's it? that's all you say dude? Then I asked what sleds he has and he says "M8 sno pro's" again that's it! what year? how much? Wow with people like that working there how do you stay in business?

Rant over. :mmph:

Hahaha, it was probably the owner, think his name is Mark. He is a little quirky but a nice enough guy.

I rented a sled from him last year when a couple of buddies came to town. It was like a 98 polaris 2-up, nothing fancy at all but was perfect for what we wanted...ferry people at VP for back-country boarding. Can't remember the price but it was cheap. He did have other sleds to rent though.

One nice thing about his shop is he is usually there late wrenching on things and was the only guy we saw working there, so you might have caught him while he was elbow deep in something...we did get some parts off him during after hours so that was convenient.

:noidea:

Mark does not have newer Pros To rent.

I was down at Marks last night on a parts run. I guess he got some "newer" sleds this year, he has a couple of '06 or '07 M7 snopros and a ski-doo highmark. I'm not familiar enough with sleds and got a little lost in the list of sleds he has...

$160 a day but Mark likes to wheel and deal, he said he would do 2 sleds, a trailer, Friday night to Monday morning for $500.

I have 2 2013 m8's and 1 2013 M8 HCR, 2 of them have 0 miles, nice sleds. $175 a day, discount for multiple sleds/days. Located in Denver

I rode the M8 snopro that doesn't have 0 miles and it ran good...has a can on it too. Sled ripped.
